DYSMENORRHEA (Painful menses)

Dysmenorrhea is the term used for pain in lower abdomen, thighs and back in females during menses.

pain is variable in female to female, 

mild, moderate to severe pain in abdomen.

during menses pts have severe headache, drowsiness, dizziness, vertigo, nausea and vomiting.

dysmenorrhea is very common in young adult girls, usually it is physiological condition.

1) PRIMARY DYSMENORRHEA

Primary dysmenorrhea is menstrual pain where no any pathological findings.

It begins after 1-2 year of menarche and becomes more and more severe with pain.

frequency increases up to age of 20 and then decreases with age.

2) SECONDARY DYSMENORRHEA

It is menstrual pain in which organic cause is present 

like PID (pelvic inflammatory disease)

        submucus myoma,

         IUD(Intra uterine devices),

         cervical stenosis with obstruction.

pain travelles up to knee and no position relieves.

CIMICIFUGA

It is one of the useful remedy for dysmenorrhea,
severe pain in abdomen before menses starts,
shooting and cutting pain on anterior part of the pubic, and generates to anterior surface of thigh,
usually irregular menses
heavy menstrual flow,

BELADONNA

beladonna is an acute pain remedy,

pain durind menses comes suddenly and crampy in nature,

VERETRUM ALB

too early and too profuse menses,

Bronchial Asthama

It is an inflammatory airway disease.    It is the chronic inflammatory disease, which is associated with recurrent episodes of wheezing, breathlessness, chest tightness and coughing especially at night or in morning.

In children male: female ratio is 2:1 but in adults it is equally prevalent in both sexes,

IPECAC

What is Gout?

NAT MUR

it is used in chronic conditions,

headache usually starts from left side of head

bursting and throbbing type of headache,

temporary loss of vision  with severe headdache,
